FEBRUARY 11th Discussion | Cupid's Bow

The Lovers · Strength · The Fool

Cupid’s Bow is a salon-style tarot storytelling evening exploring The Lovers, Strength, and The Fool through mythology, symbolism, and shared reflection. Rather than definitions or predictions, this experience invites participants to encounter tarot as a living language—where meaning is shaped through story, perception, and lived experience.

The event will take place at the Little James in Savannah!

Space is limited.

salon-style storytelling experience

Tarot cannot be fully taught through words alone.

Its symbols live through myth, image, culture, language, and—most importantly—the lived experience of the person encountering them. Meaning is not fixed; it is shaped by perception.

Cupid’s Bow explores this truth through story.

This February gathering moves through a three-card arc—The Lovers, Strength, and The Fool—woven together through mythology and narrative. Beginning with the myth of Cupid’s bow, whose aim was impossible to ignore once released, we follow a symbolic story of choice, presence, and movement into the unknown.

A tale as old as time

This is not a tarot reading and not a workshop.
It is a salon-style storytelling experience—intentional, reflective, and participatory—where tarot is encountered as a living symbolic language rather than something to be memorized.

Guests gather over a curated signature cocktail or mocktail and are invited into conversation, reflection, and shared meaning-making.

No prior tarot knowledge is needed.
Only curiosity, presence, and a willingness to listen.

01

The Lovers

We begin with The Lovers, not as romance, but as choice. The Lovers represent the aim of the bow: where desire, values, and alignment converge. Through shared reflection, we explore how choice is formed—and what it asks of us.

02

Strength

Next, we enter Strength, the capacity to remain present with intensity without becoming violent toward it—or toward ourselves. Strength teaches restraint, courage, and inner steadiness. Reflection and conversation invite participants to meet power without force.

03

THe fool

We close with The Fool, often misunderstood as recklessness or naïveté. Here, The Fool becomes movement: the willingness to step forward without certainty, carrying trust rather than guarantees.
